2. Account Policy

  • If a purchased account is banned within less than 24 hours after purchase, the seller is required to provide a replacement account or refund the buyer.
  • If the account is banned due to the buyer’s fault (e.g., using cheats, violating game rules, or sharing the account with others), the seller is not responsible for the loss of the account.
  • To file a claim, buyers must provide proof such as a screenshot or video recording showing that the account was banned within the specified timeframe.

3. Digital Product Policy

  • All digital products sold on Nigrum Z, such as premium accounts, game assets, and eSports services, must match the description provided by the seller.
  • If there is an error or discrepancy in the received product, buyers may file a complaint within 12 hours after the transaction is completed.
  • After the deadline, all transactions are considered final and non-refundable unless agreed upon with the seller.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • The purchased account is banned within less than 24 hours (not due to the buyer’s fault).
  • The received product does not match the description provided.

Refunds do not apply if the buyer changes their mind after making a transaction.
Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 3 business days after the claim is approved.

5. Security and Responsibility

  • Buyers are responsible for securing their accounts and digital products after purchase.
  • Nigrum Z is not responsible for account or product losses that occur after the transaction is completed and the buyer has received the item as described.
  • All activities conducted after purchase are the full responsibility of the buyer.

Nigrum Z reserves the right to modify this policy at any time according to the platform’s needs and applicable regulations.
