By registering as a seller on Nigrum Z, you agree to all policies applicable on this platform.
Sellers are responsible for all products or services they offer and must ensure that the products match the provided descriptions.
All transactions must be conducted through the Nigrum Z platform to ensure the security and convenience of both buyers and sellers.
2. Digital Product Policy
All digital products sold, such as premium accounts, game assets, and eSports services, must comply with the descriptions provided by the seller.
Sellers must ensure that the products they sell do not violate the terms of any related games or services.
If there is an issue with the product within 24 hours after purchase (not due to buyer error), the seller is required to replace the product or provide a refund.
Sellers are prohibited from selling illegally obtained products, such as stolen accounts, cheats, or services that violate legal regulations.
3. Prohibited Products and Services
Sellers are prohibited from selling games, services, or digital products that contain pornography, sexual content, or any form of sexual exploitation.
Sellers are also not allowed to sell products that violate the law, including but not limited to:
- Hacking tools, cheats, or illegal services in games.
- Products involving gambling or other illegal activities.
- Stolen accounts or products obtained through unlawful means.
4. Shipping and Transaction Policy
Sellers must deliver products or services as described within the specified timeframe.
If there is a delay, the seller must inform the buyer and provide a mutually acceptable solution.
If the seller fails to deliver the product as agreed, the buyer has the right to request a refund.
5. Seller Responsibility
Sellers are responsible for the quality of the products and services provided to buyers.
If a product has issues within 24 hours after purchase and it is not due to buyer error, the seller is required to replace the product or issue a refund.
If the issue arises due to buyer error, the responsibility lies with the buyer.
6. Violation Penalties
If a seller violates this policy, Nigrum Z has the right to impose the following penalties:
- Official warning.
- Temporary suspension of the seller’s account.
- Permanent account ban if violations are repeated or severe.
Nigrum Z also reserves the right to remove any product deemed to be in violation of this policy without prior notice.

This policy may be updated at any time in accordance with platform developments and applicable regulations.
Sellers are expected to regularly review the latest policies before conducting transactions on Nigrum Z.
